Our DIY special event venue provides a blank canvas for your unique celebration. We offer the property only, allowing you full creative freedom to design and execute your event exactly as you envision it.
With no restrictions on vendors, décor, or setup, you can bring in your own catering, rentals, and entertainment to craft a truly personalized experience. Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, retirement parties, or any special gathering, our venue is ideal for those seeking flexibility and control over every detail of their event.
Additionally, our sanctuary space is available for an extra $250, which includes clearing the sanctuary space for your event which will provide a covered and air conditioned space that can accommodate 30 - 50 people depending on how many tables and chairs you need.
Our property is available from 9:00 am to 11:00 pm on Friday & Saturdays, allowing ample time to celebrate with your loved ones. Your event can continue until 10 pm, ensuring a perfect end to a perfect day at The Venue At Lake Thomas. Weekdays and Sundays are available on a limited basis.
